in this 3-hour workshop focusing on how to develop an effective project plan
for your arts project. Whether you're new to project planning or looking to
hone your skills, this workshop will cover:
- Getting your project planning essentials right - Why? What? How? Who? When? Where?
- How to create a detailed and realistic project timeline
- How to approach your budget
- Managing project risks
- Thinking about community and stakeholder engagement
- Project monitoring, evaluation and documentation
- Audiences, attendees and participants - considering the outcomes of your project for others
- Templates, toolkits and resources to support your project planning
This workshop is free, but bookings are essential
About the facilitator: Olivia Everitt is a grant writer, project coordinator and arts consultant with over 14 years’ experience working across the arts, economic development and not-for-profit sectors. Currently based on Gubbi Gubbi country in Gympie, Olivia is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to support impactful arts and economic development outcomes for communities across Australia. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual Arts) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Business (Arts and Cultural Management) from Deakin University.
