Each KINARTY workshop is designed to be inclusive, relaxing and fun — no art experience needed!

Workshop Includes:
  • Identify what’s stopping you from finding your ‘happy’ in the NOW.
  • Use kinesiology to create a pathway towards happiness.
  • Through guided art, you focus and become absorbed in the present moment, allowing your mind and body to work in harmony.
  • Whilst creating your artwork, you shift the emotions from the past and present into the future you desire and embed this into the picture.
