GA- 'The Essence of Trees' Workshop with Kathi Passmore

As part of Kathi's 'Artist in Residence' and showcase, join in a 3 hour workshop where she will share her process, starting with the creation of two intuitive backgrounds on paper, using acrylic paint.

For the second part of the workshop participants will be invited to paint or draw shapes of their choice, on top of these backgrounds, using acrylic paint, permanent pens, inks or oil pastels to bring out their desired piece of art work to take home.

Kathi will have several seedpods, flowers, leaves and other things collected from nature as inspiration.

Cost: $35, all art materials supplied (As paints will be used, please bring along an apron)

Open to ages:15+

Registration fee must be paid in full at the time of completing the registration. We recommend registering prior to the workshop to avoid disappointment. 

Workshop Cancellation Policy

• Gatakers Artspace cannot accept responsibility for any changes in personal circumstances. Missed workshops or change of mind are at your own expense.
• If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following will apply:
• The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at any time at no charge;
• If notice is received 2 or less days from the scheduled starting date, a refund will not be offered.
• If a workshop is cancelled by Gatakers Artspace a full refund or a reschedule will be provided. Gatakers Artspace will endeavour to advise participants of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to workshop.
