Join Brisbane based artist/printmaker Kay Watanabe for an informal artist talk exploring her creative practice and inspirations. Originally from Japan and now based in Brisbane, Kay works across a range of mediums including printmaking, painting, drawing, photography, small sculpture, and artist books.

Her work reflects an ongoing exploration of the relationship between humanity and nature, brought to life through thoughtful and layered visual language. Kay has exhibited extensively both across Australia and internationally in solo and group exhibitions, in physical and online formats.

A wonderful opportunity to gain insight into Kay’s artistic journey and practice in a relaxed and engaging setting.
